Power and Water

Overview

The power and water master specifications cover the construction and maintenance of water supply and sewerage headworks and may be used for stand alone projects or combined as necessary with infrastructure or roads projects.

Commentary

Each master specification contains a commentary section which gives the latest update information and general information on the production of project specifications.  The documents are copyright and the use of the specification masters on projects other than for the Northern Territory Government is prohibited without express permission.

Commercial Clauses

A link is provided to the Procurement Internet site to give access to the Manual Input Forms (checklists) for the preparation of the commercial sections of the project specifications. This site also has a list and the full text of all the conditions of tendering and contract used by the Northern Territory Government.

Completed checklists should be forwarded to the Infrastructure Division Project Officer who will have them processed through the Tender Document Management System (TDMS) and returned electronically to the consultant to allow the project specification to be completed with the addition of the edited technical sections of the specification.
