Cullen Bay Marina - Important changes to parking

17 April 2013

As a result of the continued works, there will be reduced number of car parks available at the terminal.
Ferry users are urged to allow sufficient time to find a park and catch the ferry.

Car park users are reminded that more parks are located near Schooners Bar & Grill and Buzz Cafe.
Vehicles parked illegally or that block access will be towed away at owner's expense.

Traffic management will be present and motorists are asked to observe all traffic control devices.

Works are expected to be complete by late April.

Cullen Bay Marina - Ferry Terminal Car Park Upgrade

Upgrade works on the car park adjacent to the Ferry Terminal at Cullen Bay Marina continue.

The car park upgrade involves:

  • Providing an additional 19 car and six motorcycle parks
  • Changing parking angle from the current diagonal to 90 degrees to make better use of space
  • Resealing of existing car park asphalt and new line marking
  • Temporary relocation of the bus stop
  • Temporary reduced numbers of car parks available
  • Stage 2 works commence on Tuesday 2 April.

While Stage 2 works take place, there will be a temporary reduction in the number of car parks available.

Car park users are reminded that there are additional car parks available near Schooners Bar and Grill and Buzz Café or to take advantage of the FREE number 14 bus between the marina and the city.

Works will be complete by end of April 2013.

East Arm Boat Ramp

16 March 2013

Due to storm damage, the floating pontoon at East Arm Boat Ramp is temporarily closed.

Vehicles can still access the boat ramp to launch/retrieve boats.

Works will take approximately three weeks to complete.
