Provide value for money services and deliver quality infrastructure on time and within budget.

Our purpose

To ensure that Northern Territory Government's built assets are fit for purpose, consider life cycle costs and represent value for money. DOI will achieve this through the provision of strategic advice on a whole-of-government basis for infrastructure planning, capital works program definition and project management services for the design, procurement and oversight of the Territory Government's infrastructure program.
