The northern end of Australia is different in many ways to other parts of the country. Its population is small and spread over vast distances and its climate and conditions mean there are different medical conditions to be dealt with which may not be seen or treated in many other areas of the country. In this section of the site, we would like to provide just a glimpse of part of what makes Royal Darwin Hospital so special.
