For a brief period there will be some minor differences between the restrictions on display of tobacco products outlined in this booklet and the current legislation.

This will be a temporary situation, while adjustments to the legislation are being made. This process will not disadvantage retailers when they make changes to comply with the information in this booklet from 31 May 2003. That means, for example, one of each type of packet of cigarettes you sell, including different sizes, and one of each type of carton, may be displayed.
