Property Management and Security

 

Facilitate a corporate approach on property and security matters and make sure the department's processes are aligned with its obligations to Government, staff and the community.

 

What we do:

• Advise on property and security matters
• Look to rationalise and achieve economies in the use of DPI property
• Promote a consistent Departmental approach to security issues
• Organise and manage external consultancies
• Coordinate and manage the development and implementation of energy saving projects at Departmental premises and the collection of energy consumption data in line with the Department's obligations under the Government's Energy Smart Buildings Policy
