The Department of Planning and Infrastructure works towards the planning and delivery of land, transport and infrastructure for the sustainable development of the Northern Territory.
These primary economic drivers enable the Territory economy to diversify and grow, and in partnership with the private sector and the community, this department delivers integrated and sustainable systems through the Northern Territory Lands Group, Transport Group and Infrastructure Group.
The department reports to Minister Delia Lawrie through the portfolios of Planning and Lands; and Infrastructure and Transport.
