The Darwin Port Corporation will make

supervisors immediately.
The Corporation will endeavour to secure
the effective rehabilitation of any employee
who may suffer an injury arising out of,
or incurred during, the course of their
employment. The Corporation will not knowingly
continue to employ any person who willfully
violates health and safety procedures,
or endangers themselves, and others.
The Corporation will ensure that its
managers and supervisors are responsible
for ensuring that employees receive training
in safe work practices and that the Corporation's
health and safety standards are applied
to all its employees, contractors and
visitors to its workplace.
