| STORAGE CHARGES
Storage Charges on Inward Cargo
Storage charges on Inward Cargo shall be at the
following rates: (for each day during which the
goods remain on the wharf after the specified
period has expired).
36.05 cents per square metre or part thereof
per day for the first 3 days.
54.59 cents per square metre or part thereof
per day for next 3 days.
$2.54 per square metre or part thereof per day
for each day thereafter.
Where cargo is stored above the height of two
containers, charges will be levied by cubic metre.
Storage Charges On Outward Cargo
Storage charges on outward cargo shall be at the
rate of 33.99 cents per M2 for the goods for each
day in excess of the period of free storage allowed.
Storage Charges Where a Person Fails to Comply
with a Direction to Remove Goods
Storage charges shall be at the rate of $4.74
per sq metre or part thereof for each day or part
of a day.
