• Persons wishing to make a booking should
contact the Manager who will provide a copy
of the hire and booking application.
• Discount rates may be negotiated for
long term hire.
• A non refundable deposit of $110 is required
to secure a booking. If a function is cancelled
at least one month prior to the event, the
deposit may be transferred to secure another
booking.
• All hire charges do not include cleaning
- these rates vary according to the type
of function.
• A bond will be required seven days prior
to an event. Payment may be made by Bankcard,
Mastercard or Visacard, cheque or cash.
• Full catering services may be supplied
or the hirer may make their own arrangements.
• Equipment hire is available and these
rates are on a separate schedule.
• The Darwin Wharf Precinct reserves the
right to consider all applications for hire
prior to approval.
• The Cruise Ship Facility is a non smoking
venue, however smoking is permitted on the
outside verandah.
