Chief Minister's Study Awards for Women

There are three Chief Minister’s Study Scholarships:

• one award of $15,000 plus a laptop computer for a Tertiary study program student
• two awards of $2,000 each for two Vocation and Educational Training (VET) study program students

making a total of $20,000 available each year to assist three Territory women gain qualifications for careers in their chosen field and to enhance the Northern Territory’s skills base. The scholarships link to the Northern Territory Government’s policy focus on employment and training.

The Chief Minister's Scholarships for women are administered by Charles Darwin University (CDU) and applications open during September. The contact point at CDU is the Scholarships Officer on (08) 8946 6442. Further contact information is available on the CDU website.
