This database contains all the current consolidated Acts and subordinate legislation of the Northern Territory of Australia.

Each consolidation contains amendments made to the original Act or subordinate legislation that are in force. Amendments that have been made but are not in force are not included. The date on which a consolidation is shown as being in force is the date on which the last amendment of the consolidation came into force.

Links are progressively being inserted in the Tables of Provisions of the consolidations. The link is identified next to the provision number in the Table of Provisions. To return to the Table of Provisions in the consolidation, press the right arrow on the keyboard. To return to the Table of Provisions in the Word version, click the blue back arrow in the Web toolbar.

Historical consolidations of Acts and subordinate legislation of the Northern Territory are available on the Northern Territory Legislation History database. Bills introduced in the Legislative Assembly of the Northern Territory, and numbered Acts and subordinate legislation of the Northern Territory, are available on the Register of Legislation database.
