Property Leasing Services

The primary objective of NT Property Management (NTPM) is to ensure cost effective lease and property management of commercial accommodation leased by the Northern Territory Government from the private sector.

NTPM has sole responsibility for the procurement and management of the Northern Territory Government’s leased accommodation portfolio.The portfolio currently consists of 143 leases over approximately 171,000 square metres of commercial space leased throughout the Northern Territory.

NTPM’s role includes:

• The development and implementation of all NTG office accommodation leasing and procurement strategies to meet Agency needs.
• Ongoing property management of leased premises including the procurement and management of service providers.
