As of Tuesday, 18 September 2007, amendments have been made to the Governments Conditions of Tendering and Contract.
The amendments relate to the PRIVACY clause in the Conditions of Contract of each document set by removing the word "Contractor" wherever occurring and replacing it with the word "Consultant".
