Training Programs

The DCIS Training Unit maintains a panel of Contractors to design, develop, tailor and deliver learning and development programs for use by the Northern Territory Public Sector (NTPS). This provides opportunities for employees below the executive level to gain skills and knowledge in the essential areas that underpin good public administration and the ongoing priorities of government. Key attributes leading to the success of the learning and development programs offered through the panel include the following:

• are culturally appropriate;
• recognise regional and Territory wide perspectives; and
• are sourced from the forefront of the profession and meet the needs of the Public Sector.
  

The TEP Unit endeavours to continue offering a range of learning and development programs that:

• support Government directions and initiatives; and
• facilitate personal development for members of the NTPS.
