Disability in the Workplace: The NT Government is committed to improving representation of people with a disability at all levels of its workforce through the implementation of practical initiatives and programs.
Willing and Able Strategy: The Northern Territory Government, as a major employer and service provider, has a responsibility to be better equipped to understand and meet the needs of people with disabilities.
Project Employment Scheme: OCPE works in partnership with Project Employment, a non-profit Commonwealth funded organisation that identifies employment opportunities for people who have an intellectual or learning disability.
Disability Works Australia: The service provided by Disability Works Australia (DWA) is an important part of the Willing and Able Strategy.
