The department can assist if you need proof of your Certificate of Completion of a qualification (sometimes referred to as a Trade Certificate). Note that we cannot issue a replacement copy, but we can issue an official extract of records.
We are only able to provide this service when the apprenticeship was completed in the Northern Territory. If your apprenticeship was completed in another state, please contact their local office for assistance. If your apprenticeship was completed in the last three years, please contact the Australian Apprenticeship Centre NT on (08) 8935 820 or 1300 137 130 if you are in the Territory.
You will need to complete the Application for extract of records (doc 32 kb) and submit two types of identification:
