Government will investigate all Procurement-related complaints that are lodged in writing. Unless a complaint relates to a matter of Procurement Policy or Procurement Review Board process, it will be handled by the procuring Agency.
Complaints regarding Procurement Policy will be referred to, and handled by, the Procurement Policy Unit or referred to the Procurement Liaison Officer in the Department of Business and Employment (DBE).
