The Northern Territory has a number of existing advantages in relation to research and innovation including:

  • proximity to our northern neighbours.

The Northern Territory Government supports a number of institutions that conduct research and help to develop Northern Territory industries. These institutions include:

  • Desert Knowledge Australia
  • Co-operative Research Centre - Remote Economic Participation
