​INPEX Ichthys project: Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander business engagement

The Department of Business and Employment hosted an Indigenous business forum on 9 June 2011.

More than 120 Indigenous business owners and executives attended and received an update on current status and future milestones of the Ichthys project.

Information on the INPEX Indigenous Business Engagement Plan and existing industry, government support and resources available to assist indigenous business to engage in major projects was presented to the forum.
