​This program is offered to small and medium-sized businesses already operating successfully and who have the potential to benefit through:

  • improved performance
  • increased employment
  • market expansion
  • business expansion.

Purpose

The Territory Business Growth - Overview Program aims to quantify the actual current position of the business and identify its operating environment, as well as its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this category, a business generally should:

  • have operated for at least two years
  • be financially viable and a profitable, ongoing concern
  • have a turnover in excess of $300 000 per annum*
  • be Northern Territory based (preference given to Territory owned and operated)
  • have a genuine desire and capacity to enhance performance
  • be prepared to dedicate the required time and attention
  • have the resources to implement the program's recommendations.

Outcome

An overview that can be used to identify and prioritise strategic business improvements and better position business operations.

Potential subsidy

The funding limit for this program is $4000**.
