Territory Business Growth is an innovative package of assistance programs structured to enhance business performance, profitability, employment levels and market penetration.

The Territory Business Growth Program is:
- delivered by a qualified consultant that you, the business owner/manager chooses
- developed with the assistance of your business and in consultation with a Client Manager
- consists of three levels:
- Overview Program: Identifies and prioritises business improvements
- Shaping Your Future Program: Creation of a business plan for ongoing improvement
- PLUS Programs: Quality Management, People Management, and Mentor Support.
