WorldSkills competitions offer young Australians the chance to develop and improve their skills through challenging competitions, and to demonstrate the importance of pride, dignity and self esteem in each individuals work. Winners of the regional competitions can travel and compete at a national level. |

This medal recognises a lifetime of achievement and is awarded to individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to the economic, social and environmental development of the Northern Territory and its people. |

| Anzac Spirit Study Tour Award |
This award promotes the importance of Anzac Day, Australia’s involvement in various conflicts since, and the importance of peacekeeping missions today. The award is open to all Year 9 and 10 students enrolled in Northern Territory schools. |
| Australian Training Awards |
The Australian Training Awards are the peak, national awards for vocational education and training, recognising innovation and excellence in the training sector. These Awards are the culmination of state and territory awards with winners from each state and territory competing in the national finals. |
| Youth Business Awards |
These awards recognise student achievements in the area of small business enterprise. The awards are open to all Northern Territory Certificate of Education students. |

| Research & Innovation Postgraduate Scholarships |
These scholarships are awarded annually to assist students who are enrolled in postgraduate degrees and are undertaking research that is aligned to the Northern Territory Government’s research priorities. |
