IBD Team recognises that the key to creating a safe and productive environment for Indigenous Territorians lies in assisting communities to identify and develop potential enterprises in their region.

Economic Development

The IBD Team can assist Indigenous communities with unbiased information and links to government and industry experts on business opportunities.

This gives Indigenous landowners the knowledge to make informed decisions about economic enterprise on their country.

Business Development

If your community has a business idea the IBD Team can:

• provide you with information about funding sources;
• arrange for assistance from across all levels of government; and
• provide support and follow up on your project.

Regional Officers

With officers based in Darwin, Alice Springs and Nhulunbuy, IBD Team has an extensive regional presence and is ideally placed to provide assistance to all communities throughout the Territory.
