Education and Training

• Development of small business and work concepts to be translated into language and broadcast on ARDS radio.
  

Infrastructure

• Development of an Integrated Transport management proposal for the Region to include infrastructure required to upgrade the barge network, road network and access to all community groups and homelands.
• Development of a companion training program that will provide real jobs in communities to manage the stevedoring activities for the Barges, delivery for the stock that arrives and storage and security of freight.
• Negotiation for access to existing infrastructure and ability to negotiate with partners for an expanded service across the whole top end.

 Tourism

• Support the revitalisation of the East Arnhem Land Tourism Association (EALTA) and assist in the review of their constitution
• Support the pilot tourism hub developments
• Support various emerging small tourism ventures.
