• Investigation into existing essential service provision ie sewerage services
• Provision of Government services in a purpose built facility ie Government Centre

Training

• Support of increased VET training in skill shortage sectors
• Investigate provision of suitable short courses to build skills within local workforce

Small Business Development

• Encourage local business to take advantage of increased opportunities through SiHIP
• Development of related industry suitable for SiHIP ie Block making plant
• Investigate a Rural Transaction Centre and associated small enterprises (café, internet facility, tourist information)

Housing

• Encourage additional GEH to be provided to increase staff recruitment and retention
• Encourage development that is suitable for environment and existing essential services

Community

• Promote projects to MRMCBT for support and funding
• Improve and update recreation facilities for youth

Land Release

• Release of residential blocks
• Identification and release of land suitable for commercial development
