Background
Mining Management Act: The presentation is aimed at new comers to the NT mining industry and also those who are unfamiliar with the legislation and processes that our section of Minerals and Energy work under. Our aim was to develop a presentation to assist prospective and existing exploration, extractive and mining operators in preparing Mining Management Plans and associated documents to avoid time delays in the Authorisation process.
