Plant health legislation is an integral part of plant management systems. It provides a means to ensure that certain actions are taken to control plant pests and diseases, and it promotes production and trading of healthy plants.
A discussion draft of proposed new plant health legislation has recently been released for public comment. This seminar will summarise the draft legislation and seek comments on its content.
