Compliance Model

Most persons will comply with control of use provided that they are aware of the rules. RDPIFR will work with stakeholders to provide education programs. We also encourage initiatives such as quality assurance programs, ChemCert and SMARTtrain training and codes of practice that greatly assist users to conform to legislative requirements. Should the law be breached in a serious manner enforcement action will result.
