Free Public Solar Energy Seminar

Where: Darwin Museum Theatrette at Bullocky Point
When: Wednesday 14th May 2008 commencing at 6.30pm

The Australian & New Zealand Solar Energy Society (NT Branch) will be holding a FREE public seminar at the Darwin Museum Theatrette at Bullocky Point on the evening of Wednesday 14th May commencing at 6.30 pm.
Three topics will be presented, including:

  • “Benefits of a Grid Connected Solar System” presented by Matt Measey – NT Solar
  • “Alice Springs Solar City” presented by Matthew Sloane - NT Government
  • “Challenges and opportunities with high Penetration Solar in Remote Australia” presented by Graeme Pollock - Solar Systems

This provides the public with an opportunity to be updated on some of the latest Solar technologies being deployed within the NT, and follow the progress of the Solar Cities programme in Alice Springs.
Light refreshments will be available after the presentation.

The event is expected to conclude by 8pm.

All are Welcome, and we look forward to seeing you at 6.30pm on Wednesday 14th May.
