Join us in Alice Springs on 15–16th March 2016 for the 17th Annual Geoscience Exploration Seminar (AGES), where a mix of NTGS and industry presentations will showcase the rich minerals and petroleum potential of the Northern Territory. AGES is a technical conference that presents a unique opportunity to access the latest in fresh exploration ideas and geoscientific data from the Territory and to network with colleagues who share an interest in the discovery and development of the Territory’s minerals and oil and gas resources. AGES continues to be the Territory’s premier exploration event with around 220 people attending in 2015.
Some of the key highlights at AGES 2016 will include the release of the latest data and information on the highly prospective McArthur Basin including the Beetaloo Sub basin, new concepts on copper mineral systems in the Arunta Region, a technical workshop by CSIRO on the applied use of gravity data for petroleum and minerals exploration and workshops on legislative frameworks for mineral and petroleum exploration.
