The Northern Territory Geological Survey (NTGS) is committed to the rapid production of high-quality publications and products containing geoscientific information from its various projects. Publications are available in digital and/or hardcopy formats. See the NTGS Product Catalogue for a full list of available titles.
NTGS has had a zero-pricing policy for all publications, products and services. This also applies to joint publications with Geoscience Australia, when acquired through the NTGS Geoscience Information section. In addition, scanned exploration reports are available to clients on CD free of charge. Some NTGS products can also be downloaded from the NTGS website.
NTGS is moving towards providing a greater proportion of its products in digital form. Digital products currently include GIS data packages, geological maps, technical and index databases, and geophysical data.
