- Attendance to all sessions (24 - 25 March 2009)

- Ice-breaker drinks on 23 March 2009, starts 5.00pm

- Morning and afternoon teas, and lunches (24-25 March 2009)
Dinner 24 March 2009 (limited number of seats available)
- Pre-Dinner Drinks start at 6.30pm
- Complimentary drink on arrival
- Three-course meal
- Dinner speaker
PAYMENT
- On-line registration must be accompanied by payment
- Registration can be paid by Visa or Mastercard
- Booking officer will receive a confirmation email and receipt once the registration payment is processed (normally within 15 minutes)

CANCELLATION
- All cancellations of attendance must be in writing via email to ages@nt.gov.au or by fax (08) 8999 6824
- A full refund will be made on cancellations received before 09 March 2009
- No refunds will be made after 09 March 2009
- All refunds will be paid after the conclusion of the conference
