Territorians celebrating their 100th birthday or a significant wedding anniversary (for example: 50, 60, 65 and 70th) can receive personal congratulations from the Administrator of the Northern Territory.

The Office of the Administrator is also able to assist with congratulatory messages from The Queen, the Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia and the Prime Minister of Australia. Nominations
Nominations for congratulatory messages may be made by any individual. The “Nomination” form must be accompanied by a photocopy of a birth or marriage certificates. Originals are not required. If a copy of the certificate is unavailable, a statutory declaration may be made.

Notice
A minimum of eight weeks notice is required prior to the birthday or wedding anniversary.

Residency
Recipients must be residents of the Northern Territory.
